Dr. Austin is a patient, compassionate, understanding Doctor Who listens carefully and takes the time to answer questions. He is not aggressive in his approach; rather he discusses the pros and cons of surgery, explains the procedure and recovery, and makes it clear that it's the patient's decision to have surgery or not based after all the Information was given. I especially like his approach. Because of these factors and a very successful shoulder replacement and great outcome, I enthusiastically recommend Dr. Austin.

Dr. Austin and his assistant Connor are the equivalent of superheroes to me. I had a shoulder that was completely shot and was painful 24/7 with almost every move of my arm. Dr. Austin replaced it for me and gave me back the golf swing that abandoned me 15 years ago... not to mention being able to reach for a coffee cup in the cupboard. Together they attended to my every need, answered every question and checked-up on me regularly during my recuperation. I have had some pretty crappy doctors over my 70+ years so I know a great one when I see one.

Fabulous experience with Dr. Austin. He takes the time and sit and just answer all my questions. It took me a year to finally decide to have a total shoulder replacement. Hospital stay 36 hours. Easiest recovery. Driving at 2 weeks. My shoulder is like new. Total rotation swimming.
