Courteous, kind, compassionate, friendly.

I wish I could say that my experience with this doctor was a good one but it was not! I am not into bad mouthing people so I will keep this short. I did not like this doctor's bedside manner nor appreciate his suttle insults which he seemed to think were amusing. He really thinks very highly of himself which really turned me off. Some md's just don't understand that it is the PATIENT and nothing else that keeps them in business.

I can't say enough good things about Dr Kurtz and his fantastic staff, especially Virginia. This is an all around excellent practice and Dr. Kurtz is definitely a top doctor, exemplary. My only issue is with the lack of participation in my PPO but the quality of care is worth the extra cost and time consumed dealing with billing out of network. Maybe some day we can get the medical insurance industry under control and make it more palatable for doctors and patients, not big corporations.
