Dr. Lyn Mikala Lam

I went to the nurse practitioner at this office, not Doctor Lam. Called several times to schedule my next annual exam. They never answer the phone and never call you back. I switched to another doctor. Poor customer service.

I have never felt so mistreated by a physician as this one. First, I received a written quote for an out of pockket procedure that, when I called to schedule, increased in price by a thousand dollars. I was told that the written quote was a "mistake". After having work done and having complications that required me to take time off from my job to heal properly, this doctor and her staff were totally uncooperative with my employer's requirements for me to have an excused absence and also failed to receive or respond to numerous faxes and phone calls. It was so stressful to me that in itslelf the treatment from this office impeded my healing. Further, I was provided documents that Dr. Lam did eventually provide to my insurance carrier and they were totally false. There was even an "Out of Gym" note they sent in that had absolutely nothing to do with me or my procedures. I'm an adult woman. Lastly, this doctor/staff gleefully rescheduled my final appointment to fix the failed… procedure 4 times... taking up over half a year of my life, to put there cold, uncaring and bogus practices behind me. For general gynocology you might be ok here but if you need anything more that that heed my warning. This doctor can and will make your life stressful and miserable with zero regard.

I had a office vistit with Dr. lam. She preformed a colposcpy. During the procedure she told me to prepare myself because it didnt look good. I wanted to know more but aparently she had more pressing issues at home and wanted to leave. I spent 6 days crying. She never called me with the result. I called her office over and over with no return phone call! Finally I got through and I had to log onto a system on their website which gave me my results. I have yet to speak to her since. No follow up, no call, no information! She is the worst doctor I have ever had. She should have her license to practice medicine revoked!
