The staff is nasty, and condescending. Try to get you to pay as a self pay when they are contracted. Cancelled our appt for follow up since we questioned heir billing practice, and the insurance tried to call them and they blocked the call! Do not care about the patient..

Very very rude receptionist.

I found Dr Lynn B to be thorough, efficient and competent. She helped me resolve an issue with my throat and is helping with some other ENT issues.

Receptionist, Lauren, is absolutely horrible. Cannot even see the doctor because of her.

I've have seen her before. Several years later I saw her again. She discounted my issues when my husband walked in the room. He is black............she basically threw me out.........said there was nothing wrong......the story gets better but i cant type that well....i had pneumonia and she blew me off...............WHAT A GREAT DOCTOR!.......oh and the best part...her exact words " well, if you want to go see one of those high university doctors or someone else, because you don't trust the country bumpkins then go ahead" This is the lunatic i let operate on my face several years prior?............NO WONDER I CANT BREATHE AND COPD

I met with Dr. Bezpalko because I had sudden hearing loss in my right ear. She sent me for an audio test which showed my hearing loss was moderate to severe. She then sent me for an MRI which showed that I did not have any tumors. I had an appointment after that which her staff told me I could cancel. There was no follow up to my hearing loss and the ringing in my ear. The issue of a possible hearing aid was never addressed. The only thing she did was clean wax out of my ear at my first appointment. I feel that she is very disrespectful to her paying patients because the office was the dirtiest doctors office I had ever seen, and I told her that. No soap at the sink. The doors were filthy with hand prints and the tables were dirty. She told me she was so busy that she didn't even notice. WHAT!! THIS IS YOUR OFFICE - YOU HAVE TO TAKE NOTICE. I would NOT recommend this doctor

We were very happy with Dr. Bezpalko and her staff. My son's surgery was a success and he is much happier without his adnoids and can now breathe through his nose. Dr. Bezpalko is lovely and also a great doctor.

Dr. Lynn's bedside manner is horrible. She comes across as not caring. She talks down to people and acts as though you are bothering her.
