She takes the time to talk to you and getting to know you she listens to what you say and explains step by step what she is doing or gonna do

I'm 60. Went to Dr. Leonard for the first time for an exam and a few minor questions. She was VERY knowledgeable, upbeat, patient, and encouraging. She didn't rush. She was very reassuring about "old age" issues and bolstered my confidence for the future. I hope she stays with our hospital system for a long time!!

Behind on appointments by 3.5 hours. Never mailed my prescription as promised.

Dismissive attitude by both Dr. Leonard and her nurse practitioner. Did not call me with test results. When I called for them, I was told I would get a call back, but 5 hours later I had to call again. When I did speak to the doctor, she was very dismissive about the problem I was having, although I was in a significant amount of pain. On my last visit I ended up walking out after sitting naked on an exam table for an hour with no explanation from staff.

Dr. Leonard has been my doctor for many years, and she is always attentive, caring, and professional. She is one of those doctors who NEVER makes you feel rushed. I would (and have) recommend her to anyone looking for a gynecologist of obstetrician.

Dr. Leonard is hands down one of the most amazing doctors you will ever meet. Her professional abilities are top notch. Any woman looking for someone to care for herself or for her unborn baby, Dr. Leonard is the perfect choice. She is kind, caring and treats you like a human. I will never look for another doctor again. She truly is one of the best in her profession.
