Dr. Madan Lal Zutshi, MD

My mother has gone to Dr. Zutchi for many years so when I took her to her appointment I was appalled at the condition of his office. There are medical records stacked up everywhere. The waiting room is old and dingy. The exam room is even more depressing. It looks like it has not been updated in many years. It takes forever to get someone on the phone when she needs a refill or an appointment. Even health care professionals that have been to her house and the pharmacy complain that they cannot reach the doctor when they need to. Despite my mother's complaints of not feeling well and having pain, the doctor does the same thing every time he sees her, takes her vital signs and sends her for blood work. It's time to retire, Dr. Zutshi.

My husband and I have gone to Dr. Zutshi for about twelve years. He is a great physician and we love him! Smart, compassionate, and he has a great sense of humor. I recommend him to all my friends and family. He has done many procedures on family members, with never a complication! He is one of the best and we hope he never retires! If you need a great primary physician and gastroenterologist, he's your man!!

I have known this doctor for over 30 years. He has treated my parents during many of those years and as I have taken them to appointments in their senior years I am appalled at his bedside manner. No need to give details...it is time for this man to retire. He has no compassion for his patients and their families. Run, don't walk!
