As a patient with a list of issues, it's sometimes tough getting the required attention of a senior specialist these days. Luckily, I felt like I was properly cared for at this office, even as a new patient. The doctor clearly knew his stuff. He was honest and thorough regarding my doubts which needed clarification.

People at the doctor office is unfriendly and pushy. I never get the assistant of the doctor on the phone to consult or ask for help. I leave recurrent messages in the answering machine and nobody calls back and follows up. I have to go in person for things like helping me with certain issues to be solve with the presciption insurance company, while the insurance company says they need my doctor office to care of this. Even when I go in person to ask for them to file such file for my insurance company and they tell me they have already done it, then my insurace company says the doctor office called but did not stay on the phone while they were put in hold while working on the problem. The waiting time is horrible and, after that, the doctor sees you without having looked at your file previously, so he often forgets why you are there, what was the last time you visited, when you have done a blood tests, and looking at the results and how you feel he still asks you what dosis of the… medication you want... really poor service.

Giving patients professional care and referring patients to the proper care providers. This doctor is truly compassionate about the care he gives his patients. It is rare today for a doctor to take the time necessary to make his or her patients feel that their condition is important. It is so gratifying to have a doctor who really cares about the service he renders.
