Dr. Madhvendra Mark Singh, MD

Dr Singh seems to be a good PCP. BUT his office needs to hire MORE PROFESSIONAL staff. Since the practice does not have any portals or email address to contact Dr Singh, you need to call his office. The staff who answers the phone needs to be trained with proper customer service skills. I called a few months ago to ask a few questions with the results of my laboratory tests after the annual PE. I was told by the staff that I would receive a call back. NEVER happened. Recently, I dialed 8 for referral. The same routine -- you get to be put on hold rudely. Then when you get to speak with the staff much professionalism is desired. I was told by Susan that I can't be found in their system despite being seen in July (just a few months ago). Then suddenly she found me. Maybe it would help if the staff doesn't sound as if the patients are an inconvenience. I would stay with the practice but with the kind of staff in the office, I am having different thoughts.

dr sing needs to get himself a couple new receptionists in mydr singh is a fantastic dr I would recommend him to any one my problem is with his receptionists I take care of an older man 83 with numerous health problems I wanted to bring him in for a flu shot and ws told because he had an outstanding balance the whole thing would have to be paid even though the 2 prior times I brought him in I paid something on the balance I thought this was a little harsh plus the staff had actually bad mouthed another dr in the practice to me very unprofessional

DR Singh is one of the best Doctor's iv'e seen i a while not only was he great, his office staff was very helpful with making all the appt's i needed to make!!

Dr Singh is an excellent doctor who spends time to understand your issues and is sympathetic to what you are dealing with . He never makes you feel like he is rushing or brushing off your concerns.

Dr Singh has been my great partner in my health care. He really listens to how I feel and then always brings knowledge and common sense to arrive at a game plan. He always takes into account my whole conditions which as I get older are many. I love his sense of humor and his gentle ways. His whole staff have been by my side through some tough times making all appointments and easing the way if I need specalized appointments.

Nice bedside manner and a good listener he takes time to educate his patients

Dr. Singh has been mine and my family's doctor for over 15 years. There has never been a moment that I felt he had anything but my best interest in mind. I would recommend him to any friend looking for a new doctor. Very personable and easy to communicate with. I find him to be very thorough covering every possible scenario to any health issue my family has encountered.

My appointment was an overall great experience. I highly recommend.
