AWFUL. Literally the worst doctor I have ever dealt with in 50 years and I've never had problems with my doctor before. Insurance assigned him to me and I wish it hadn't. The incompetence in this office is only exceeded by the total lack of care or responsibility. This goes beyond their appointments always being super late - if anything, this is a breach of medical ethics. I had scans sent over by another doctor. I confirmed with their office that they received them. When I came to the appointment, they said that they were never received. I reminded them about the conversation which they denied. Then I showed them the email where the scans were sent and they lied again and said that email was just sent today, when it had been weeks before. After HOURS dealing with their uncaring staff about this, they told me now the dr was busy and we would have to reschedule. Today I had another appointment and brought the images on an iPad to make sure that they couldn't screw them up. The dr… refused to even look at them, because they had not been printed out (dozens of images from the scan) by his office. He didn't care. He seemed to be mocking me for my efforts to obtain medical care. Obviously we are switching doctors and filing a complaint with insurance.

Doesn't care about you. it's like their herding cattle... You're just a person they want to get in and out. last three visits he didn't even bother to look at or discuss the problem/condition. I don't recommend.

Just seems like you are a task that needs to be checked off and then gotten rid of. Not a very good experience at all.
