This doctor is a quack of the highest order he needs to be arrested by the DEA immediately. Responsible for multiple deaths

Dr El-Tobgui is a professional in every sense from bedside manner (the best I've ever encountered in any MD), organization, sheduling, office staff, concern for patient care & treatment, knowledgable when treating & procedures. A relative of a former patient of his recommended him to me in 1990. I'm grateful to the friend, & I'm happy to have been a patient of his. I still pass on his advice I received during my care throughout the 1990's. Thank you Dr. El-Tobgui!

I found doctor El-Togui after several years of looking for a "real" pain management doctor I finally found this doctor. He spends a lot of time listening and going into detail about what is going on and my different medication options. He does a lot more than write prescriptions. I have full input into my care plan. The only negative is that he does not bill insurance. But it is worth is since his practice is clean, his staff are wonderful and helpful. This is "NOT" a pill mill so if that's what you want this is not the place for you.

I went to see Dr. Tobgui for pain management. He is a VERY good Dr. Who I can tell he cares about his patients. He is not a "Script doctor" either. He is FAR FROM THAT!!! He is very legitiment!The staff was very nice & helpfull. I felt like I was Respected! He is good when it comes to pain medication for chronic pain. He only prescribes what is needed, only whats needed! I am very happy with my current treatment and plan to continue to see him every 28 days. His office visit fee's are very reasonable. $200 1st visit, and $170 there after! Caring, Compasionate & Understanding. I would recommend Dr. Tobgui to anyone who does have legit pain and medical records to prove it!
