Dr. Mallika S Rajendran, MD

Terribly outdated methods and theories. Extremely rude. She doesn’t keep up to date on current advances in medicine. Do yourself a favor and steer clear. She’s the worst physician I’ve ever had to deal with. On top of that, the prognosis she gave me was completely wrong, thankfully.

She is very knowledgeable and friendly. I have seen her for irregular periods. She listened to me, checked and ordered for tests. She told me I can wait for 6 months and go for ultrasound again so we can compare it with the previous results and then decide whether to go for surgery. Would highly recommend this doctor!

This doctor is an absolute joke. I came in with pelvic pain on the left side. She felt around on my pelvis and told me she thought I was “faking it” because I flinched when she pressed down too hard. She then looked inside for less than 10 seconds and said everything was fine. She didn’t perform any labs or want to take any tests because she said if I have an infection my “body will take care of it itself.” I ended up getting a pelvic ultrasound. After a week of not hearing anything I called for the results and she said everything was normal. I continued to have pain for another few months. When I saw my primary care doctor I mentioned the pain. She looked at my chart and asked me if I knew that I had an ovarian cyst. I would literally rather die than see this lady again.

The doctor was extremely unprofessional, did not answer my questions and continued to push me for a procedure I was not ready to sign up for right then and there. She then said that may be I am not feeling as unwell as I say, otherwise I would just get the procedure done right away. It was unbelievable to see a doctor talk like a call center sales rep. It felt like she had completely lost her touch with humility or empathy or concern for the health issues I had been suffering for a month. She reminded me that she only has 15 minutes slotted for each appointment and doesn't have time to answer questions. She, then stepped out to answer a personal phone call. Her attitude was condescending and she doubted everything you had to say. It was more of an interrogation and was humiliating to be talked down at the way she did. Dreyer Advocate - Please don't spoil the reputation of some of the good doctors you have at your practice by continuing to keep her on your rolls. Thankfully, I have… an out of area medical plan and will be switching doctors so someone can actually answer my questions before my procedure and treat me with a little bit more kindness and empathy. ALL - I only wrote this review so nobody else has to deal with this doctor while already dealing with one's personal health issues.

Dr.Rajendran is a great doctor and the staff are very courteous and nice.

Dr. Rajendran was a wonderful doctor. She had great bedside manner and was very attentive to all of my needs. I will definitely continue to go back to her.
