Staff in the doctor office are terrible ,unfriendly.I went once and stopped

The doctors is great but having people like Esme running your office will make people leave . I left her a message to call me back and she never did . Finally when I called to follow up she was mad , rude and started yelling at me. After not allowing me to speak for 5 minutes she finally hung up on me.

The staff is extremely discourteous. I asked for a letter of health for my son so that I can get him a life insurance policy. The front desk lady told me that the doctor is not making any money on my son since he is not getting sick that often. So to give a letter, she wants to charge $20.

Dr. Soma is an excellent doctor. His diagnosis is on the mark all the time.
