Dr. Manpreet Mann, MD

I wish I had read about how long they make you wait - I understand that despite having an appointment, 15-20 mins here and there is a possibility, but 1.5 hours is really not acceptable! I had a 5.30 appointment, and i reached at 5.35. But I'd filled all forms online beforehand, so i was in the doctor's office, changed and all information provided by 5.50. I got changed, and then proceeded to wait for the next 40 mins for the doctor to come in. No one told me that it'd be that long a wait, and i had to walk out in that gown to ask about the delay. It was already 6.30 by then, and when I asked, I was told that the doctor is still with another patient and then she has to go check on something, so it'll probably be another 20-30 mins. It was annoying and unprofessional. If they can't follow appointment times, they shouldn't provide appointments and keep it first-come-first-serve basis only. And in the very least, bother to inform patients sitting in gowns that it'll be a while! It was… highly unprofessional and really would discourage anyone to book an appointment with them if they value their time.

This practice is truly phenomenal. This was my second pregnancy and my care from the first visit throughout my entire pregnancy and labor + delivery far exceeded my expectations. I saw Dr Mann for all of my visits and she delivered our son. Her expertise made my entire experience wonderful. I didn't deliver my first child with this practice and I can honestly say the difference was astounding.She is the best

Dr. Mann is a shining example of what healthcare should be. She is personable, energetic, sympathetic, professional, and the pap smear I just received from her was the gentlest I've ever gotten. Never before have I felt so at ease with getting my lady bits examined than in this office. She's great! Really nice office and I felt she was a very competent doctor and extremely nice and interested in hearing my opinion about what was going on with my body. She put me at ease and didn't alarm me unnecessarily. I highly recommend her Thanks so much!

I have been a patient of Dr Mann for the last nine months. From the time I found out I was expecting and was only around 7 weeks , the front desk staff were extremely friendly and scheduled a meet and greet immediately. After meeting Dr. Mann I knew she would be wonderful as would the other provider Polina. They are both so sweet and I've enjoyed all my doctors visits. Dr. Mann has a very positive energy, she is always willing to listen to all sorts of questions regarding birth related topics or the usual what can't and can I eat during pregnancy. She is always professional and very caring which is what you need in an OB. Whenever I've called she has always called me back even when the question is quite menial. I appreciate the care and attention their practice shows towards their patients. Now I have delivered a baby, thanks a lot Dr Mann, hats off to you for your patience and professionalism Thank you Dr Mann , and the staff for making these nine months comfortable.Highly… recommended

I love this practice and all of the people, especially Dr. Mann! She is an excellent OB who makes you feel like a person rather than just another patient. She brought my youngest into the world, and she was a rock star during delivery. With my older two I saw the OB only when it was time to deliver (a different practice and hospital). However Dr. Mann was actively helping me labor. She was amazing. I totally recommend any my friend and family, she my favorite .I love how easy it is to talk to Dr. Mann. She makes me feel comfortable and I don't feel rushed. I would recommend her to women of all ages.

I had an appointment of Dr Manpreet Mann today after 3 months of long wait. Her office canceled my wife's previous appointment in 2 hrs notice. While returning from her office today I asked my wife about the conversation with the Doctor and my wife informed me that the Doctor was not there. Doctor's assistant checked and consulted with her. When my wife asked for Doctor her assistant informed that Doctor is at Hospital. Would any one wait for 3 months to get consulted by an assistant ? Am I supposed to pay for Doctor's assistant? They don't have decency to inform a patient that the Doctor wont be there?

Dr. Manpreet is warm and welcoming, but the wait is horrendous. I waited over an hour for my appointment. After my appointment she told me that i will only hear from her if there is something wrong. A week later she left me a voice message telling me to call her back. I spent weeks trying to reach her but she was either with a patient or just busy. The admin said she'll call me back but i never heard from her again. Till this day, i do not know what was wrong with my examine. She fails at follow-ups. I will not be going to her again.

Dr. Mann had a pleasant disposition and gentle touch. I was highly displeased, however, that I asked to have one simple lab test done and received a bill of close to $250 (after my insurance paid about $700 of the original bill) for three additional and unauthorized tests they did without asking me. They did not give me any options to choose an alternative lab or opt out of the extraneous tests, nor did they even tell me they would be performing those tests and charging me for them! Further, for a routine birth control prescription, the doctor requires two visits annually -- however, insurance only covers one visit per year. So, in summary, Dr. Mann herself was perfectly pleasant, but the business practices of her office leave much to be desired.

Avoid this Dr and the Office like the plague... All these positive reviews are fake... The Dr looks burned out and out of shape and takes two weeks to wrongly response to a message/call... This Dr. never keeps her appointment and if she does she usually 2+ hours late everytime (I have seen a fellow patient of her cried in the office after waiting 3+ hrs and I was thinking it should be the place last where a pregnant women should feel stressed out) and then receptionists try to convince you that its normal or somehow its your fault ... So if you like wasting precious time, get treated dirt (This office is focus on volume instead of quality of service)and dealing with an incompetent front desk this is place for you (worst than the DMV and that is saying something)... In addition, the office dirty with urine sample lying open in plain sight, over flowing bathroom thrash bins.. My wife found a way better Dr. that respect her time and appointments as seen within… 15-20 mins at arrival instead 2-3 hrs at Manpreet office , new dr. give my wife her cell phone # and encourages communiticating off hours via texting (we know that drs are busy but taking 2 weeks to response after multiple calls is unprofessional when it concerns an urgent matter), the new Dr. staff is very professional and organize and my wife is very happy...

I love the way she is, so nice person, explain clearly any process, talk with you with confident .
