Dr. Manuel Chua Aguilera, MD

I was waiting for over an hour hearing all the staffs chatting with him, with some sales person, and each other, having snacks, having drink, enjoy their time, while I am waiting in the examine room for another over 20 minutes to be talked by the doctor. It is the worst experience I have ever had with any doctor. The clinic is loud, everyone is talking like others are deaf. After all the waitings, he spend 1 min. Asked me what my visit we for, and let me wait for another 40 min. U til he realized That he was not done with me. The staff was friendly, but totally incompetent, although I have to say, they are more professional than the doctor, at least the staff spent 2 min with me asking about the reason of my visit.

Dr. Aguilera's office is very unsanitary. There are gnats in the patient rooms. When visiting, the doctor told me I should go to LMU for film school. I told him I had already finished school and wasn't interested in film, but thanks. He thought my tattoo was a skin lesion. He prescribed sleeping pills, and ordered blood work for a skin problem. When I came back in 2 weeks for a follow-up he said my cholesterol was fine and was ready to leave the room. I said I was here for a follow up. He said he had no idea what my skin problem was and that I should see a dermatologist. He then asked if I'd been getting enough sleep. That's why I was there! He then told me most teenagers don't get enough sleep, though I'm definitely no longer a teenager.
