Dr. Manuel Astruc, MD

My first visit was at 8:20; however, I was requested to come in 20 minutes early to complete paperwork. There was no-one available at reception desk the entire time I was there. A couple of doctors (I assume) were in and out of reception area; however, I was ignored. Finally at 8:35 one of the individuals handed me a clip board with paperwork and a post-it with my name on it. Stacy Colwell finally came out of her office with another patient at 8:50. They chatted for awhile and then Ms. Colwell was finally ready for me... nearly an hour after I had arrived. Today was to be my second visit. My appointment was at 2:20; however, I was a tad late and checked in at 2:26. I waited to see Ms Caldwell; however, she did not appear until 2:39 when her next patient arrived. She proceeded to tell me she couldn't see me because I was a bit late. Go figure! There are many things that took place in my brief encounter with this office, the above is but one example.

I've had treatment from Dr Astruc for many years now. Had an appointment today and it inspired me to write a review. He is kind, gentle and compassionate. His expertise has helped me remain a productive member of society.

I cant imagine why there are bad reviews here. Dr Astruc by far is?one of the most caring compasionate dr that I have met. He really listens to what your are saying.

Dr. Astruc is the best overall Dr. I have seen since the 1,950's when I did not really need a Dr. He listens carefully and is polite and non ostentatious - like my Drs. in the 1950's.

Dr. Astruc Genuinely Cares About His Patients! He is a true professional!

I don't know how anyone could say anything bad about this Doctor. I have seen several Doctors in 23 years and he is by far the best! Always asked how you are doing, takes time to listen and does everything he can to make your life better and productive. I have given his name to many people that are close to me and trust him 100%. Amazing Doctor that truly cares!

Best advice and treatment!!

Dr. Astruc always makes you feel better when you leave than when you arrived. Rare.

Cold hearted psychiatrist; doesn't keep good notes and cant remember what meds he has you on or took you off of. My advice, bring a recorder to ALL appointments with him because he doesn't remember anything.
