Excellent Dr ...Thankyou Dr Portolatin

Dr. P is the best PCP I have ever had...he is very busy but takes the time to talk to you and make you feel important. He explains things so you can understand and is very thorough, never feel as though he is rushing me out of the room, that is appreciated!

He had me on new medications to replave the old one I used I told him cost of Meds were a concern so he gave me a free 30 day sample of Cymbatle. He said if any problems or I stop taking them to come back and see him, I made an appointment for that was around the 30 day period. The new meds were twice as expensive, and after arriving 20 minutes early for my appointmet, I sat there for 40 minutes. After becoming annoyed watching other people go before me I asked what the problem was and they said I had a balance of $20 owed so I had to pay that for him to see me. Before I could get the Credit Card out of my wallet I was told I needed to reschedule because his 3:30 was there already (came in 40 minutes after I did) After being told I would have been seen on time if I paid my bills (over $20 bucks) I choose not to pay and instead dumped over the cards and told them if they could waste my time I could waste their's (side effect's of the meds) I filed a complaint that night. Instead of… having my meds checked or prescription changed I got a letter saying they could no longer be of assistance to me. After finding a better Doctor and signing all the release forms at bith offices they never sent my records to my new doctor.

Glad to have him as my PCP - always a good visit. He cares and always makes you feel like you are important. Good at explaining things so you can understand them - Excellent!

Dr. Portalatin is a very caring, friendly and thorough doctor! Although he is very busy, he always takes the time to listen and answer questions and concerns. He is well worth ant waiting time involved (which usually isn't bad).
