Dr. Marc Chodos, MD

Dr. Chodos is a very thorough and patient doctor. He did an excellent job on my wrist surgery. He answered all of my questions and I never once felt rushed. He has excellent bedside manner and was very personable to both me and my husband. I highly recommend him if you are in need of orthopaedic care.

Sorry to learn it. Seems sudden

After going to other podiatrists, I found Dr. Chodos. I had significant issues with my left ankle, my foot, and tendons in my left foot. Dr. Chodos specializes in foot and ankle issues. He was an answer to prayers. Not only is he thorough, he listens carefully, and brings an expertise to the situation that I haven't found with any other doctor in this medical area. If you are fortunate to get him as your doctor, you have the best.

I have been extremely pleased with Dr. Chodos. He is thorough and meticulous, combined with kindness and humor. I never felt like he was rushed. He took all the time I needed to ask my questions and gave me straightforward answers without a lot of medical jargon. Thanks to Dr. Chodos, I knew exactly what to expect at every step of the care process. He gave me suggestions to help me prepare for surgery, which were excellent and exactly what I needed. Whenever I contacted his office, with a question or concern. I heard back from him usually the same day and frequently within just an hour or two. My surgery was successful (it was also complex) and I am back to my pre-injury life with no pain, and plenty of walking, bicycling and swimming. I thank Dr. Chodos for his professionalism, kindness and support. He made a tough time easier for me. I highly recommend Marc David Chodos, MD.

Honestly, I can't give enough praise and respect to Dr. Chodos, both on a personal level and in my experience with the surgery he performed. He is by far the best doctor I have ever had and/or met. His personality one is leaps and bounds from your average doctor experience. He's jovial, genuinely concerned and attentive and his knowledge in his field is incredible. He showed me that my life didn't have to be constant pain and limited to whether or not my left ankle could deal with whatever I threw at it. I wholeheartedly believe that with the revision surgery of the subtalar joint on my left ankle I can have my old life back and start running again. Dr. Chodos is the man! If you have any concerns about whether or not you should go to him, let this review put those concerns to rest because he will surpass every expectation you have.

A couple of times the wait time at Grosdmont Orthopedic was extensive, but Dr. Chodos is worth waiting for! He is not overly in a rush to do surgery. He offers options, explains your injury well and has a wonderful bedside manner. He's a great doctor! I travelered an hour to see him for my broken ankle and now may travel 9 hours to see him for my bunion.

Dr. Chodos has done several surgeries on my feet. I am looking forward to the last one coming up in June. He and his staff are great. My husband and I would not think of going anywhere else.

I had not expected anything so wonderful to happen to me as meeting Dr. Chodos and his suggestion for my treatment. I had seen five different surgeons who did not suggest anything like that because of my age (87). They did not think the outcome would be good. I had spontaneous rupture of the left anterior tibialis that I was walking on for three months in a boot that was suggested by another surgeon who said it would heal by itself, except that I would never walk normally again and that I would wear a brace for the rest of my life. Dr. Chodos was suggested to me by a doctor who is a friend of mine. I am very familiar with medicine, my family background is with doctors and it made sense after an interview with Dr. Chodos to go ahead with his approach and description for surgical repair. He explained in great detail the procedure and every question was answered with great knowledge. Here I am nearly 88 and walking as if nothing ever happened. Dr. Chodos even repaired my little… toe without knowing I had a problem with it for five years. I have such a joyful life, which I was nearly deprived of by this injury.
