Dr. Marc Paul Grenier

Dr Grenier is a poor excuse for a doctor. His office manner was crude and rude. My wife called several days after taking medicine that he prescribed to complain of severe headaches. The receptionist said Grenier would call back to discuss the issue. This went on for several days with no returned calls---totally unacceptable. This is a doctor we will never, ever use again!

Kudos to Dr Grenier. I had attempts at repair of a hole in my ear on 2 occasions by other physicians that were unsuccessful. I was told that it then could not be repaired. Dr. Grenier was successful in his repair and my hearing is normal again!

Horrible ENT, he never checked my ears. He was too busy staring at my legs.From the moment I walked into the office I was abused by the staff, this must be a reflection of the treatment they receive from the doctors. I tried to tell him my symptoms but he would not listen. He took a gauze pad and yanked on my tongue to move it out of the way.

I was treated very rudely by the appointments secretary. While the nurse was polite and competent, I was made to wait in the exam room for an hour without anyone checking on me or apologizing for the wait. I was told to go to the appointments sec. to schedule a battery of expensive tests, even though the diagnosis (BPPV) was evident. I had suffered this before and had been treated immediately and successfully by a physician in NC. I have never walked out of an office before, but I did since I was being ignored, and subsequently passed out in the parking lot. When my husband called to cancel the subsequent tests, the secretary hung up on him. To add further insult, I was billed $360. + 25.for an office call. The $360.was 2X the contract fee maximum amount of the insurance company.
