Dr Kennedy is an amazing doctor. Takes time with you and makes you feel like the most important patient he has.

Great Doc with excellent knowledge and bedside manner. One criticism I would have of him is he doesn't always value the patients time . If you running that far late let the patients know as sometimes we have places to be as well . If you backed up over a hour for what ever reasons let people know . Overall , I would recommend Doctor Kennedy . He will guide you thru his professional opinion . But I always seen Doctors as a guide for a trip and the patient is ultimately the Captain of their own body. Kennedy will typically point you in the right direction and give you straight answers to straight questions. I appreciate that a lot .

Best doctor I could ever ask for. He has a great memory of me as an individual patient and takes time to answer all of my questions and I truly believe he cares about his patients.

I recently had to have a endoscopy and colonoscopy to rule out internal bleeding due to anemia. Needless to say I was not looking forward to it, however, both the staff and Dr. Kennedy were absolutely great. He has a fantastic personality and took all the time in the world to explain the procedure and then the results.

I have seen many gastroenterologists and none have helped so much as Dr. Mark V. Kennedy and his NP, Dean J. Tajnai. They are both well mannered and good at what they do. Doctor Kennedy is a fighter and with an ailment like Chron's disease you have to be or it will just get worse. He instills confidence in his practice and if an urgent situation comes up, he will always be there when you need him the most. He has never let me down and i trust he and Dean with my life. That is the definition of a good doctor, that is what healthcare should be. I can't say that I care for Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare though, too much paperwork, and very overpriced. Not a great hospital to go to.
