Dr. Marc Swerdloff

Totally inappropriate statement made.. I left several messages for him to call.. never called! Front desk is quite elementary… Awful experience…

This is the worst Neurologist that you could possibly see. We waited over an hour passed our appointment to be seen and then he was trying to cut a visit short. His definition of a visit with a person with dementia issues was to go straight to a discussion about tests without hearing the patient or family members. When we try to explain in more detail, he literally walked out. The most telling point is that his own staff eventually came in to apologize acknowledging that he has done this before. I think this doctor needs some of his own medication. I am filing a formal complaint.

Had a very good experience with Dr. Swerdloff, he spent plenty of time with us, explaining everything. Wonderful manner, and friendly. He knows his specialty well.

Stay away from this crazy dr he almost put me on death row with electric shocks, he stuck needles in my hand I was bleeding, I’m in pain, terrible experience.

He was 30 minutes late for our appointment. When I complained, he told me to just go away, and he walked out of the room ahead of me.

my visit with Swerdloff left me baffled and disappointed. his attitude toward me was unprofessional. he chattered the whole time and made inappropriate remarks to me with regard to my diagnosis. I believe he could be suffering some sort of personality disorder and maybe he is mentally ill.

Swerdloff is nice. But I've been a patient of his for years now. I'm 27 years old. Every time I see him, he's always on his phone. I never get his 100 percent attention. He doesn't seem to care you are in the same room as him. Sometimes I will call for questions or concerns about my meds , he usually says he doesn't know, he's a doctor. Aren't you suppose to know? Its like he just says whatever to dismiss you. I was in an accident and happened to be at broward north (which is one of his home hospitals) a doctor in the ER reached out to him to come look me over and make sure I'm ok I his eyes. He peaked in for 2 seconds while on his phone asked if I was ok and left. Charged me a pretty penny to say hi. Its ridiculous. He doesn't Do his job and charges you to stand in a room with him while on his phone for 10 mins. I'm moving to a different doctor. I do not have a problem paying for a doctors time, but him I can't. And not to mention his staff is rude. Sorry Swerdloff treat your patients… like you care.

Had the worst experience that I had ever had in a doctors office. My appointment was for 1:30pm I was told to arrive 15/min early to fill out the necessary paperwork. I arrived not 15/min early but 1/hr early, at 2:00pm after feeling a bit impassion I question the receptionist how long before I was called? I was told that my appointment wasnt until 2:00pm. I told her she was incorrect my appointment was at 1:30 so they called the Office Manager Who then told me my appointment was at 2:00pm and the doctor was running late. I told her it was not at 2:00, when I made the appointment with Cindy it was for 1:30 when it was confirmed with a Tracy that Friday, it was also for 1:30 how can you just take it upon yourself to change the time. After sitting in that office for 2/hrs I left without even seeing the doctor. The Office Manager Skills are: Unprofessional, Incompetent, Negligent, NEEDS To be Re-trained at her Customer Service Skills! She didnt even apologize all she asked was did I… want to re-schedule my appointment? SERIOUSLY??????
