Good job so far going through the progressive steps to resolve my knee issues. He has been thorough In layman’s terms as to current status and possible next steps.

My TKR experience at OrthoSouth was very easy to managed. The entire staff is great. My experience with Dr. Biggers is no exception. He is very personable, very professional, very engaging. He does everything to make sure that you have a great outcome.

Dr. Biggers is a liar!!! Falsified documentation. He wrote that we discussed things that we definitely did NOT discuss in our 5–7 minutes together. He was condescending and rude. I will not be going back. I am horrified that someone could write a medical note, which is a legal document, with false information. He needs to be investigated and license revoked!!! I would give a negative 5 stars if that was an option. I am a nurse and take this as a personal insult to healthcare professional

Dr. Biggers spent little to no time with me in the office, he gave a Cortisone injection to the hip on my first visit and left the room. He nor anyone else ever returned to check on me. I had a Vasovagal response to the injection and spent 10-15 additional minutes gathering myself in order to be able to exit the room. He had a dismissive and smug attitude, matched only by his poor bedside manner. He was happy to string me along until I sought another opinion…only to realize that the injections were needless and non-therapeutic because my hip is bone-on-bone and being replaced in 2 weeks, elsewhere of course.

Great DR. Great Staff. Ortho South runs a first-class organization. I had rotator cuff surgery 3 weeks ago and even though I'm still recovering I'm very thankful to have had the surgery and get this behind me. I would highly recommend Dr. Biggers
