I was being seen by another provider for management of vascular dementia and I thought I was getting adequate care. That provider left the area and I was referred to Dr. Ponce De Leon. I am so glad to have found this doctor. Dr. Ponce de Leon took the time to listen, he explained what was happening in my brain and how that can manifest in various ways.
