If I could give zero stars, I would. Dr, Apedo's practice, along with her staff, are incompetent and negligent. Refusal to answer valid concerns re: Rx, visits where she barely looks off her screen, lack of genuine concern for the patient. Please find another endocrinologist.

Wow talk about being blown off! Valid concerning symptoms being ignored with such an uncaring, literal shoulder shrug response to my symptoms! Receptionist at checkout also had an attitude with me making the entire experience extremely distasteful! Will not be going back!

One of the worst doctors ever encountered. Zero bedside manner—completely disinterested in possible causality of condition. Follow up from her staff was non existent following biopsy results. All should be ashamed of themselves.

Wow, just read my clinical note from my recent visit with Dr. Apedo and there are major mistakes in it. Yet another doctor that really just didn’t want to take the time to ask the right questions and get to know their patient!

called office to ask for a different prescription and for "doctor" (haha) apedo to call back. never got a call back, but got a text from cvs that my prescription was ready... it was the one i wanted to get off of.. worst service ever................

They wont call back, they dont follow up, they wont get your lab work to the correct department, they will put the blame on everybody but themselves, also they will give you a hard time about getting a note for work. Even tho they know you will radioactive for a week they wanna give you a note for 5 days complete morons, dont put your life or loved ones in there incompetent hands!

Went to see dr . Margaret Apedo as a specialist in endocrinology, but received non specialist treatment. Dr. Apedo's office after getting blood test results didn't bother to call and let me know about the results, I tried to call back several times, but never received a call back. Repeatedly called the office in order to get an answer of "We sent you a letter" which was never received. This is 2 months later, very poor patient care.

On my first visit Dr Apedo was open and willing to listen to my thyroid issues. Although I felt she was not current with changing standards in that field, and I had to cite several studies before she started me on medication. With each subsequent visit, I had to cite studies and insist on what I felt was necessary. I finally started feeling better, then she decreased my meds. Feeling crummy again and TSH is slowing rising...but I'm "In range". Ok, I may not have any hair left, no energy and always wearing a fleece (even in warm weather) but my lab values are in range. Whatever happened to physicians PRACTICING medicine with CLINICAL CORRELATION? Dr Apedo is clearly caught up in EMRs and lab values.

I called dr apedo several times to get advise regarding high blood sugar caused by a new medication and even though my blood sugar was stable by the time she had her nurse call me back she said for me to go to the er after I again told the nurse she said she would tell the dr and have her call me that was Tuesday called several times even left a message dr apedo was the on call dr still no return call time for a new dr

She is very kind and listens to what you have to say. She answers all my questions and she takes the time to explain what each medication she is giving you does and how it will affect you. She has an excellent bedside manner and a great sense of humor. Her staff is very attentive and always does what they say they will.
