The absolute worst ever! Mistreated something years ago and have had problems ever since. Showed zero remorse. If you care about your body, run!

Dr. Lambert-Woolley has been my doctor for over 22 years. Dr. Woolley is an excellent doctor. Very knowledgeable,  caring and she makes me feel at ease. I am grateful that she is my doctor. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Lambert is an excellent doctor! I brought my daughter to Dr. Lambert and would never have considered any other doctor to care for my daughter. She is extremely considerate with an excellent bedside manner. I never had any issues with the staff, I found them to be friendly and helpful. Don't hesitate to go to this office!

Although Dr. Lambert-Woolley herself is a fine doctor, I have had numerous issues with her office over the past few years and will not be returning to the practice in the future. I urge others to find other OB/GYN care in Monmouth County. To start, back in winter of 2018, I was told to come in for an annual checkup at 2pm and proceeded to wait over three hours until 5pm to be seen by the doctor. The office staff was unsupportive and lacked empathy even though they had given me the appointment time the week before and cancelled multiple others before that. For this visit, I was incorrectly billed personally instead of to my insurance. The bill was sent to a mailing address that I have never lived at nor recorded with the office, and so I never received it. No one attempted to contact me via phone or email about settling the balance either. In summer 2018, I received a mailed letter from a collections agency demanding payment for a bill I never received, which may have negatively… affected my credit score. Further, I attempted to schedule an annual checkup with Dr. Lambert-Woolley for winter 2019 but they were unable to see me during the window I had before I left the state, so I planned to find a new OB/GYN. My new OB/GYN isn't able to see me for another month, yet Dr. Lambert-Woolley and her staff refuse to cover my birth control refill for 30 days until this time - despite me having taken the same prescription for over three years with no side effects or monitoring. As a patient of this practice, I have been continually treated poorly in all aspects - scheduling, billing and prescriptions. I would advise others to seek treatment elsewhere.

I had cancer and the doctor said I was fine.

Honestly, the staff at the hospital is the all time worst. They are rude and unhelpful. Their phones always go to voicemail and you won't get a call back. She's completely unwilling to accommodate requirements from your insurance company even if she takes your insurance. she's unwilling to answer pregnancy questions during your monthly appointments. So if you're willing to walk in, shut up, and do whatever she says and never have questions, chances are you'll have a great experience.

Ten years ago, Dr. Lambert told me to use an over the counter alternative to treat an infection... Unfortunately, she never told me how much to use or what could have happened. It took me four years to recover. I was in severe pain for almost a year...dropped down to 105 pounds... And couldn't have sex for four years! Ten years later, I still get flare-ups of pain! At the time, she expressed little concern and spoke to me like I was an idiot for using too much of what she told me to use.

when i had a ruptured ovarian cyst, i had surgery by dr lambert, she was so worried i would get another one, i was put on the pill, the pill caused me gallstones, 4 years after that surgery i got gallstones in my bile duct, i am on medication for the rest of my life because of all of this, and as a result i developed bile gastritis and i will face surgery for that. ia m in constant discomfort with nausea. she never told me that the depo injecton was available and would have also prevented more cysts from forming without all the side effects and all of this could have been prevented.

this is the worst office I have been in. not nice, rude and will not go back

Absolutely a nightmare. Rude staff. Doctor has zero bedside manor. And I swear the billing department is filled with scam artists that will find a way to bill both you and your insurance company for the same service.
