Rude, condescending, unprofessional. First thing she said to me was 'I took one look at you and thought whew! we have a lot of work to do' then spent an hour making me cry, and telling me that she was doing me a huge favor seeing me at all. She told me to call her if the medication wasn't helping. It wasn't. When I called, I left messages but she never returned them. I called again, she answered and i started to explain. She cut me off and told me she was with a patient and that it was rude to call.... I don't know why she answered at all if she was with a patient. She charged my FSA the $20 co pay, AND the full $95 charge, then she also charged my insurance the $95 dollar charge. When I called and spoke to Charles he said that they didn't charge me at all and I owed them $95... Whatever. Crooked mean old bag.

Horrible, no help at all. I found her to be disingenuous. My daughter was a patient and when we needed to get copies of her records to help with insurance reimbursement, she first said Yes. I filled out and signed all the Appropriate forms that she wanted me to sign, but you continue to make excuses why she could not give me the copies. Do everything you can to avoid going to her.

Refuses to call you back, will never fill your RX on time, will leave you feeling horrible, stressed and belittled. I feel awful for subjecting my child to this woman. The receptionist is HORRIFIC too - so rude, mean and unprofessional.

She is awful, inconsiderate and needs to retire. I went to see her about a recent animal passing. The second visit she asked me if i had any pets.

Dr. Bradley is AWFUL. She is condescending, unprofessional and talks about other patients and is always late. We had no choice, due to our insurance, but to go to her for our teenage child to manage medications. Our child had a psychotic break and needed meds right away. Dr. Bradley was aware of the situation, and refused to see our child because she had added 3 new patients and was running behind. We had been seeing her for almost 8 months and she turned her back on us. In order to get the proper meds started, we had to admit our child to the hospital. Dr. Bradley is aware that our child was hospitalized and has not called to check on her at all. I will NEVER go back to her. Please stay away from her.

I would give 0 starts if I could. She was always late for appointments, wouldn't refill rx unless I came in for appointments and then would spend 5 min with me. Talks down to you, very forgetful. Would not recommend her for anything.

I went to my first appointment and began talking. Upon her discovering that I was recently released from treatment for alcohol abuse she abruptly said, "I don't do addiction counseling", whereby she stood up and opened her door and asked me to leave!!. At now time during the screening processes over the phone was I asked about this ever so important bit of information. I felt humiliated, belittled and embarrassed. Not only was that the most unprofessional act by a a psychiatrist I could eve imagine, that was a cruel thing for a human being to do to another human being!!

DO NOT SEE THIS DR. SHE IS A HORRIBLE DR. AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT MONEY AND HERSELF
