If ENT stand for entirely no thought this gal has her job licked. If I had listened to her and her ridiculous google diagnosis I would be dead. She is rude, condescending and degrading. Very poor communication and serious lack of medical knowledge.

Zero bed side manner. I would tolerate a poor bedside manner if there was some medical knowledge and I ended up better in the long run. This woman does not have a clue. During an exam she said 2 things that were diametrically opposed. Only one could be accurate not both. She was visibly upset I was aware and that I then asked her to clarify. She was unable to do so - and tripped over herself trying to cover her lack of knowledge. I was embarrassed for her and not happy she wasted my time. Do not put yourself through the negative, unnecessarily painful experience.
