Dr. Maria Mercedes Cabodevilla Conn, MD

This facility reminds me of those fake abortion clinics. I never waited less than 2 hrs. to be seen here. I’ve been a patient since July and it’s the end of October now. I never had any treatment, no therapy for pain, several delays, and no prescription for pain relief. Communication with the staff is subpar. Not getting callbacks, not getting scheduled rides, and overlooking information written on my intake form. But the place is very aesthetically pleasing for what it's worth. So at least you’ll be surrounded by a nice decor whilst enduring debilitating pain.

I can't even express what a wonderful individual this doctor is. She takes the time to listen, which many doctors don't. She is not looking at a computer while she speaks to you, she's looking AT you and HEARING you. What are refreshing and amazing person and doctor she is!

Office staff are awful they don't answer phones or say they will call back and don't telling Dr they did schedule you and called you when they don't!!!! Very uncomfortable sitting in office but Dr is great.

Dr Konn is very nice but the staff is nasty and condescending. Christy is the real problem because if you need any approvals she will blow you off.They tell you they will call you back and never do often laughing.

She is a wonderful doctor. Chrissy on her staff is a negative, nasty woman. Unfortunately, that's the first person you have to deal with. Makes going to the Dr very uncomfortable.
