she is the worst doctor i've ever known

Thank you Dr canlas for the many years of taking good care of your patients.

Dr. Canlas is the worst doctor I've ever had. I feel like every time I see her she's in a rush to get to her next client. I also came to her with some medical problems and instead of looking more into it she didn't and I ended up in the hospital for 5 days. I also feel like she doesn't care about her patients and she only cares about the money we pay her.

Even if you've paid your co payments, a bill would come to you with the balance showing your exact copayments due! Ridiculous! Then, you complain to the front office and they'll say that they will fix it, the lady from their billing Dept does NOT listen and continue to harass you with the bill!! They even threat you that you will be sent to collection agency!! I dont get why they dont communicate with each other!! The patients being harrassed with this errouneous billings!! And they collect from my insurance everytime my gollow up visit comes. They show I am sick but I wasn't!! So, they think the insurance doesnt sent me a copy of the explanation of my benefits?? They're so greedy!! I changed doctor niw and really happy with no hassle in billings and lots of follow up appointments!

Dr. Canlas spent more time with her patients explaining everything about patient's complaint/sickness. She has all the time for her patients.She is staffed my courteous personnels who will accomodate your request.

I am so pleased with my Primary Doctor as well as the staff, i really want to thanks them all for the nice care im getting. Dr Canlas and her medical group is recommendable...
