Dr. Maria Ann Kronlage, DO

Dr. Kronalage delivered my first baby. I went through women’s care group, so I saw several doctors. I met Dr. Kronalage at the end of my pregnancy. She was very nice, calming, and attentive. I felt comfortable with her and I am glad she delivered my first baby. Very quick delivery. Definitely would recommend her.

Dr. Kronlage delivered my first baby, and now we are expecting our second child. She is an amazing and attentive doctor, who will take time to explain everything you want to know about.

Dr. Kronlage is the best of the best. She is an extremely knowledgeable, caring, and attentitive doctor. She takes her time to get to know you, your concerns, and your needs. I was under her care for two of my pregnancies and I can honestly say that there isn’t an ob/gyn on this earth that I would have rather had delivering my babies. Her positive qualities and attributes could fill a book! I am so thankful to have her as my doctor.

The physician is great, however the office staff is rude. I had to wait almost an entire month to have an electronic referral submitted into the system for a simple ultrasound procedure after calling the office 2 weeks prior. The day of the ultrasound, yep still no referral in system. Had to sign a waiver at the hospital. Told by clinic staff when I called the next morning, that the hospital should not have performed it. I thought I would hear, so sorry we will have that done right away. Then told the MA would have to call me back. I waited a few more hours, called the clinic back again. I was then given the run around and put on hold multiple times, when I spoke... talked over by staff, then told I should understand how the electronic system works. How does it work? I thought someone enters the referral in and there it is... I felt highly disrespected by several of the staff and made to feel like I was the problem, when all I wanted to hear was the referral had been entered. I really… like Dr. Kronlage but this experience will unfortunately make me seek out a new physician to prevent me from having to come back to this office and deal with the staff.

She is a great Dr. Very friendly and compassionate. I feel that she really cares about her patient. I didn't feel like I was just another number. I would highly recommend her.
