She is so sweet and kind, so you feel so confortable to explain all the things you feel.

Wrong diagnosis, wrong treatment. Dangerous anti aging stuff she is doing. Be careful, you will be treated with hormone replacement. You don't want that, especially not screened in the office for other factors such as nutrition, exercise, supplementation. Goes directly into selling their hormone stuff

no consideration for overall health status of patient, took some lab work from PCP and other medical records, didn't even reviewed. Additional charge for paying with Credit Card. Once they sit you inside they want you out in 5 minutes.

Front desk girl does not smile AT ALL. Dr. does not simile either, went inside room and straight to look at my nose (no hello, my name is Dr. LLopiz, nothing)and she speaks on doctor's terms ALL THE TIME. Examination room is disorganized and doesn't look very clean. The gentleman that takes the vital is very nice and courteous though. I would not recommend this doctor. Sorry.

Dr. Llopiz is very caring. Her staff is not reliable and unprofessional. The waiting time is unacceptable. If you have an appointment 5 other people have the same time so you end up waiting well over 1 hour. She does take the time to listen and give you good advise. Doesn't accept most insurance and get ready to pay a hefty fee.
