Dr. Maria Teresa Martinez, MD

I had a rash on my throat, so my primary care physician referred me to Dr. Martinez. I waited an hour and a half for her to come into the room. The nurse kept apologizing and didn't know why it was taking so long. The doctor came in and just said, "I was in an interview." Then she looked at my throat, and essentially asked "So, what do you want to do about it?" I asked about possible causes of my mouth problems, and she just shrugged and said "no clue." It was a complete waste of time and money, and was very upsetting. She told me that I looked upset, and I said that I came to get a doctor's opinion about what was wrong, and that I am not a doctor and do not know what, if any, options should be pursued (MRI, Biopsy, Imaging, etc). She said "I hope that is not a dig at me."

I had a dental inplant stuck in my sinus pocket, trust me, I was very sick and could not breath through my nose for a long time. I was running around to different doctor and finally I went to Dr. Martinez. She saved my life. She is the best. I love her in my heart so much because she made me well again. Plus, she was patient and understanding and listen to me as I cried out to her for my long pain and suffering. Again and always Dr. Martinez Thank You.
