Dr. Maria Cristina Shepler, MD

My experience with Dr. Shepler has been extremely positive. Whenever I visit her office I am called in for my appointment on time. Her staff is very attentive and efficient. The last month I had an appointment and was sent for some additional lab tests. A few days after my test a I received a call from Dr. Shepler and she went over my tests and asked a few questions. She wanted to know the name of one of the specialists I had been seeing. She then was going to reach out to him and forward my results. A day or two later she called back but I was not available so she had an office technician call back and go over her conversation with my specialist and to tell me the results would be sent to my family physician. She had seen results that did not indicate a problem with my eyes (her specialty) but saw another problem outside her field. I was amazed. I have never felt so special. I remember a doctor visiting my home when a I was a child some seventy years ago but I thought doctors don’t do… that anymore. If you want great treatment this is the doctor for you. God bless! If it wasn't for Dr. Shepler's quick action, advice and concern, my husband would not have sight in in his left resulting from an ulcer on his cornea. Her patient care is impeccable.
