This Dr is the absolute worst she lacks professionalism and empathy... She rude and ignores your complaints she needs to stop practicing because she acts as though she's doin you a favor.... sh4 never follows thru when u tell her what's ailing you she brash and inattentive... I changed doctors and had a hysterectomy after 7 yrs of yelling her how painful my periods were she never even suggested fibroids just told me she wasnt giving me pain pills because i might get addicted! What is that to tell another woman? Mayb4 enough complaints will force her to retire and leave it to the REAL DOCTORS

Her helper is rude. She doesn't put you to ease nor tell you anything

I am now 4 months pregnant and I have been going to see her from the start. At first I thought maybe its just her personality to be quiet and un interactive but I am getting more uncomfortable with her not giving me more information and advice for my pregnancy. At my last visit I told her I was having lower abdominal pains and she did nothing or explained to me what it was or whether I should be worried. I later found out it could be from the baby growing and my uterus stretching. Plus there are other concerns that I have that she didn't address and I have to get my information elsewhere and I feel like its a complete waste of time. She barely talks. When I ask her questions, because its my first pregnancy and I don't know certain things she makes me feel like my question is stupid. She just goes through the motions (checking the size of the uterus, listening to the heart beat), then it's awkward silence, her typing on her computer then I leave...switching to a new doctor… asap...I like to give people the benefit of the doubt so I guess that's what made me held out but now I'm following my gut feelings.

horrible i would not recommend any one to this rude and incompetent ''doctor'' my mother came to her with complaints of heavy bleeding and abdominal pain doctor francillon told my mother she was going through menopause and gave her a prescription for birth control pills when the bleeding and pain did not stop we returned to her office and she had a nasty attitude and ask why mother came to see her we had to request a biopsy the results came back that my mother had stage 4 cervical cancer my mother died a year later enough said .

Rushes every appt., Very Rough and is always Late. I'm pregnant with my first baby and concerned about these pains in my lower right side and I had to ask her many times to just check it.

This doctor walks in to the examination room after making me wait for 45 mins and asks me what was the purpose of my visit.This was a followup appointment for results of my tests and I figured that the least she could have done was look at my chart before entering the examination room.She asked me the same questions her assistant had just asked me and said she was busy with another patient and leaves for another 10 minutes.
