Dr. Marie Edwige Louis, MD

Normally I don't use anyone else's experience to deter me from my own, this would have been a moment that I did. I went in as a new patient for a physical, but because I had questions about other health concerns she wouldn't do it. I contacted my previously PCP and she told me that doesn't make sense. How can you properly treat anyone and not start off with the fundamentals? She didn't seem to care much of what I was saying, gave me a referral for something I didn't need (because she wasn't listening) and sent me on my way. I wasted my time seeing her but it won't happen again. Even if she didn't care,, she could have faked it for the moment. I would not recommend to anyone...and I won't be returning...EVER.

I called in prescription to pharmacy that needed refill. 2 days later prescription not filled. I contacted office several times. Received refill several days later. Dr acts like she does not care. She has to turn prescription around faster. Susan

Bad impression on second visit. Will never return. I relocated down to this area this past year and needed to find a primary care. I decided to use Cooper and see Dr. Louis. My first visit was for a physical. I really liked Dr. Louis and felt it was a thorough physical. During that visit I got a vaccine, which has two parts, and I was instructed to come back two months later for the 2nd vaccine. I show up two months later, wait 20 minutes in the waiting room, and am informed by a nurse or someone at the front desk that the physician made a mistake and it was actually supposed to be four months until I return. Well, I left there, furious about wasting my time. If a Doctor cannot get a vaccine schedule right, how certain can I be that they won't end up overlooking something major? In addition, it gave a very bad impression considering it was only my second visit. Even after calling the office to voice my frustration, Dr. Louis did not even call me to apologize or take responsibility.

I have been seeing Doctor Louis over six years and I have never had a bad experience with her or the staff. She is very professional and attentive. She listen and hears what you’re saying about whatever is bothering you. She takes time with you and don’t make you feel like your just a number. I am very happy with the service she provides me when ever I need to see her.

Being a patient of Dr. Louis over 10 years, though office staff keeping change, she is always there ready for help! Experience, patient, professional, and always nice to talk to! Great doctor in South Jersey! Highly recommended!

I would follow her anywhere

This doctor is borderline neglectful about her patients health. She frequently refuses to fill out required medical paperwork as asked. She refuses to answer letters and phone calls. Her bedside manner is rude and arrogant! Staff in office tend to copy her attitude or bad mood, save yourself the time an headache and go to one of the other Cooper Offices.

An excellent physician always excellent.
