First I have to say that at least one of the front desk ladies are always rude on the phone and I feel like she always has an attitude- when I asked for the office manager she said she wasn't in the office. I have been a patient of Dr. Prinsen for over 3 years now and unfortunately, though I feel like in the past she listened to me and took her time, now I feel like all my appointments are rushed and I'm not being heard. I left my last appointment feeling like it was time to switch doctors, which was extremely saddening to me. The nurse there is great and always extremely friendly but it seems like this practice is going to be going down unless something is changed.

My husband and I couldn't be happier with our PCP, the facility and it's staff. Dr. Prinsen is an excellent physician. She is very patient and attentive to our needs. Her nurse Lisa is as professional and compassionate as Dr. Prinsen. They are a great team. We love them! Any wait is well worth it!

Doctor Prinsen takes time with her patients. She really makes me comfortable when I am in her office. She listens and doesn't over prescribe.

Dr. Prinsen takes the time to really listen to your needs and concerns. She returns phone calls quickly and her staff is always friendly especially her nurse Lisa. We would highly recommend her. .

Sometimes the wait time is long but it's worth it. Dr. Prinsen does not overly treat is honest and trustworthy and I would recommend her to anyone

Doctor Prinsen has a terrific bedside manner. She is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She spends as much time with her patients as is necessary not rushing them through the office. I like everything about her and her staff.

Dr Prinsen is a very special person which helps make her an amazing doctor. Willing to take the time to listen; asks excellent questions which help her find the cause of the problem. Discusses options and treats you as an equal partner in your healthcare decisions. She is high tech (knowledge) and high touch (empathetic and caring). A rare combination.
