While this "Dr." is absolutely horrible, the staff at the VA Thunderbird clinic - except for her nurse, who should have been my advocate but was not- is great.

DR. INNOCENT WAS TERRIFIC. SHE SAW MY SON RIGHT AWAY, PROVIDED THE CARE AND PERSCRIPTION MY SON REQUIRED.HER PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE AS WE DO NOT INSURANCE.

I went in with concerns about a lump in my breast.. she told me my insurance wouldn't pay for a Mammo.. cancer doesn't discriminate against what type of insurance you have. Nor did she even look at it. She cannot be bothered with patient care only the care of lining her pocketbook with money. She huffs and rolls her eyes if you ask her any medical question and runs out the door. She stood at the far end of the patient room not even asking any medical questions. Do yourself a favor don't go here.

I am a 36 year old woman with BCBS who went to Dr. Marilyn Innocent for a physical. The Physical was very quick and I was given directions to have lab work done. I had blood drawn for the lab work and scheduled an appointment to see the doctor again for the results. During the next few days, I was billed $250 for the physical and $550 for the blood work. I went to my appointment and was asked first thing to pay my portion of the physical $148 in full. I told the receptionist I could only pay 60 now and wanted to be billed for the rest. It had only been two weeks since my appointment. I was then told the doctor could not see me and the results of my tests were fine. I asked what tests were done? She told me the doctor told her to tell me that all the tests were fine and thats all she knew. I didnt expect when I went that I would be charged a total of $800 to just be told I was fine by the receptionist and I not be allowed to see the doctor a second time to talk about the… tests done. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone.
