Dr. Marina Gafanovich, MD

i did a video call visit with her that lasted 3 minutes and she was talking to someone else as i was on the zoom call. she recommended me to go to two different specialists without diagnosing me and sent me a $300 bill. horrible!!

I set up an appointment through Zocdoc to see the MD. What I got was a "nurse practitioner" - the staff was nice, but i was supposed to get my lab results by the end of the day today, of course they have not come either. On Zocdoc, this doctor shows availability all over the place, but when you go there, you get set up with a nurse who simply does not have the credentials of an MD. She then condescended to me and said I setup the appointment with the nurse. That was false. I know what I'm doing online and I set it up with the doctor, who I am told only comes into this location once a month. Real helpful. ::eyeroll": so the search continues. I have a cyst i wanted to have looked at by a doctor. That didn't happen. I wanted the MD to treat my high blood pressure and high cholesterol. That didn't happen. Instead, the nurse gave me referrals and wants me to run all over the unsafe city during a pandemic to see specialists. What a joke and a fraud. I will write the same review on Yelp and… I will be calling my insurance company and making complaints to medical boards, including to NY Presby, as this simply is a bait and switch scam. I feel bad because all the little immigrant ladies she has working in there all seem nice. The MD who never comes in is probably underpaying all of them, too. I am just livid over this situation. DIdn't even get my lab results, as promised.

Been a patient for 6+ years...can't get the Dr on the phone at any time and wont speak to me, attempting to get a prescription filled and they refuse. Not even a short term prescription until I can make it in for a apt. Completely unprofessional, not willing to help out a "PATIENT" and their only response is they spoke to the Dr and cant do anything further...terrible...Dont waste your time

Marina is a true Top Doctor - she was awarded this. She is caring and attentive.
