Dr. Mario Regino Juarez, MD

Staff is friendly and courteous. Dr. Juarez makes you feel like a person and not a number. He spends time with you and listens to what I had to say. I would definitely recommend Dr. Juarez.

great doctor with excellent staff. The male nurse with tattoos a bit scary at first but very professional and polite. The wait is a bit long but can't complain cause when your being seen your not rushed.

HE DOESNT LISTEN! Tried to explain what I was taking as far as meds are concerned, but his arrogant and rude behavior overrides anyone. Kept asking me the same questions even after I answered him. Wants to sell you his own homeopathic meds "next door" which, what he calls, "the Best" yet they're not FDA approved. Then treats you like a lab rat when he has medical students in.

Each time I have had an appointment, I have waited more than an hour past the appointment time. When asked at the desk I have been told anything from, "We are running late," to "The doctor isn't here yet." No excuse for this kind of nonchalance. I continue to go there because it is conveniently located. Otherwise.....

Dr. M. Juarez has been my doctor for many years. And in all that time I have never felt unwelcome. His staff have always been courteous to me and to others that I see in the waiting area. And his referral to other specialist's I have needed have always been great. Like any doctor he has many patient's to see in any given day (so be a little patient). If you're in a hurry, go to a major hospital. For one on one time with a doctor that knows your medical history go to your family doctor.

The first thing I noticed when I walked into the office of Dr. Juarez was the odor of food and my wait time was well over an hour. I only met briefly with Dr. Juarez, clearly he is an arrogant, rude, self-absorbed individual. Among other things he stated to me that any family practice doctor that I see would have me waiting at least an hour. I have called to another doctor's office that my insurance covers and was told that they never have wait times more then 10 to 15 minutes for scheduled appointments.

The only problem at that office is the waiting time,often can be up to an hour and when you inquire about the hold up they always respond with "They're alittle behind" Well, that office is always running behind. Other than that, I do like going there but since I feel comfortable but everytime I go there, I always see new physicians which lets me to believe, what is going on there and why the high turnover rate of physicians.

This is the most disorganized office ever! I would never recommend Dr. Juarez's office to anyone. They are clearly more interested in making a buck that a patient's well-being and health. The nurses do no return calls in a timely manner and nurse Kathy is very unprofessional and has no empathy for patients.

Dr Juarez is caring and does not hesitate to tell you what exam you need and how you can help your situation, ex. lose weight. He ensures that you do what he has told you to do. He has a wonderful bedside manner and lets you know that he truly cares about you being healthy. His staff is over the top!
