Dr. Mark Peter Bodack, MD

This man is not what he pretends to be. He takes time with you because he likes to hear himself talk. He is genuinely fake. He over prescribes meds. That won't fix your pain and can lead to dire consequences as it did for me. And after about ten years of seeing him he refused to help me. Wow all of a sudden he didn't have too much to say and I almost died taking his advice. And don't ever expect a returned phone call, he won't be bothered with you after hours. I'm speaking sincerely, don't trust this man with your health. Find a competent Dr, I do know how hard that is, but it is worth it. If you have an emergency this man will become invisible. I would not be surprised to find lawsuits waiting to happen.

Dr. Bodack is an amazing doctor who helped me in so many ways, he took me on as a patient because I could no longer travel from New York to Connecticut every month to 2 months.. Also he's been so helpful and understanding and trying his best to get me on the right medications to help me get out of pain and back to living a somewhat normal and functional life hopefully with very little pain.. I know it's a process, but he is incredible he actually takes the time to really explain things to you, he also really cares how you're feeling.. I'm beyond grateful that I have finally found an extremely GREAT doctor to help me, and guide me in the right direction.. Couldn't be happier.. I'd recommend him to anyone who is suffering from pain, but I also know he has so many patients to look after.. But nonetheless best decision I made was to switch doctors..

DR. BODACK IS MY MAIN REASON FOR MAKING IT THIS FAR SINCE YEAR 2000.

I have an appointment to see Dr. Bodack however when calling his office I have never been so offended and appalled by office staff. The scheduler screamed at me on the phone because I was clarifying what my doctor referral was for, I called back to speak to the office manager who completely ignored me when telling her what had happened.... awful staff and I also work in a doctors office, if we spoke to patients the way I was treated we wouldn’t have jobs. They need to dump there whole staff and start over again what an embarrassment.

Dr. Bodack was attentive, thorough, thoughtful, helpful, and kind.

Dr. Bodack is one of the most caring doctors that I've had in my lifetime, he is legitimately concerned about the patient's well being, he is down to earth, has great bedside manners, extremely respectful, and works hard to relieve your pain related issues, if all doctors were like Doctor Bodack, the world would be a better place!

Attentive informative caring has even called me after hours to check up on me early into our relationship patient Dr. fantastic doctor has done nothing but save my life would refer anyone

I have had "Medical Problems" for over 10 years, getting worse each year. I have been to over 20 doctors including almost every specialist even a Neuro-Surgeon. This man spent 2 Hours with me at our appointment. It is very hard to convey my situation due to the fact that it has been well over a decade since "IT" began. I now stumble/stutter when speaking & have been on so many different "Protocols" that I come across as rude & impatient. The only person I am impatient and annoyed with is myself & the symptoms & side effects of all the Medication I have been on throughout the years. He didn't give up, he didn't get angry although I could see him struggling to get the Picture which is abstract as a Picasso. After two excruciating hours for him & myself he did not send me home with another appointment, write a quick description or a couple of referrals to doctors who he probably didn't like lol. He examined me head to toe which 8 out of ten Doctors or specialists have ever done. … He then Sat. me down and told me his opinion. He then etched out a care plan for me that filled me with two feelings I have not felt in a very long time.....Hope & Relief. Thank you Doctor Bodack. I am so wonderfully glad to have met you & look forward to continue as a patient indefinitely. The only words that keep echoing in my head are Thank God for Doctors Mary Dyer who sent me to this office, Doctor Johanson (the first Dr. I met at this practice who helped me significantly & also steered me towards Doctor Bodack. I can not say anything regarding long term care tho after finally having the right Doctors (Dr. Dyer, Dr. Johanson, Dr. Bodack & the others I will meet along the way; I will be sure to keep anyone interested updated. If you are in need of a Physiologist for any reason, you may contact me with a reply (I will give you my email if you do) or are just beginning to need care I can tell you that Dr. Dyer is the very best place to start. Doctor Bodack has the ability to understand a lot of nonsense so If you have given up hope give his office a call. Thank all three Doctors mentioned in this email with all of my heart.

To doctor bodacks childs review your dad is the best doctor out there he listens and under stands certain situations .Hes a very good listener .He has no problem going out his way to make his patients feel comfortable in his office and away from it you are a very lucky to have him as a dad

I no longer live in NY, but when I did I was fortunate enough to be a patient of Dr. Bodack. This gentleman and gentle man showed such compassion, kindness, and sincere interest in my medical conditions, what I was dealing with, and what I was going through. I have seen many doctors in my life and he is one of the top I have dealt with. Not only was he great as my doctor, but, he did what he could to see that my transition to another state and, therefore, another doctor was as painless as possible. I wish Dr. Bodack lived in Florida because I would make him my doctor again in a heartbeat.
