I have been going to Botwin eye doctors for years and after a poor experience with an eye glass purchase there, I decided to try another eye doctor. It was good fortune to be able to see Dr. Bradley, who is a board certified ophthalmologist. He kindly explained more about my eyes and was much more thorough than the eye appointments I have had in the past. Kathy, at the front desk, was so helpful when I called to schedule an exam before the end of the year. They are Covid sensitive and took every precaution to keep me healthy.

Dr. Bradley is very condescending and angry. He explains things like I was a non attentive child. I will never go back to him

He kept talking on and on, giving me more information than I wanted or needed. When I interrupted him, he got testy. When my prescription didn't work and I said the eyeglass place said the prescription wasn't right, he got angry. He only works two weeks a month.

I am a long time patient of Dr. Bradley's and I recommend him highly. He is a careful clinician who does a detailed and thorough evaluation. What I find most helpful is that he takes time to explain in clear language what he is doing and what he has found in his examination. I'm sure that one consequence of this is that he may spend more time with patients than some other ophthalmologists do. But as far as I am concerned, if that means sitting a few minutes more in the waiting room while he treats someone before me, I'll accept that as part of the price of being treated by a good doctor. He is concerned for his patients' overall health, and I know that he is direct with people about the dangers of smoking and an unhealthy lifestyle. He has always been prompt in personally returning my phone calls.
