Dr. Mark Wilson Bridges, MD

I went in to get results from an MRI on my knee. When I arrived there I did not have the disc as I did not know I had to bring it. His nurse told me he likes to have the reading at the same time he is looking at the CD as sometimes the reading is not correct. Dr Bridges gave me the results from the reading which did not explain the type of pain I was having. I told him I could bring in my CD that same day if he could please take a look at it. He stated " No, I am too busy". I asked him what am I supposed to do and he said, " I don't know. " I asked if he was implying I would have to go somewhere else to have my CD read and he said yes. Again saying he would not look at it as he is too busy. I said."Are you being serious?" and he said," Yes." walking out on me. I left in tears. No one should leave a doctors office crying when these are the people we count on to alleviate our suffering. I am in the medical field for 34 years and have never treated a patient like this and even… less walk out on a one. Never again. So disappointed.

Dr. Bridges is very personable with wonderful bedside manners. He is knowledgeable, down to earth and easy to talk to. I am having issues with both my knees and I am confident that I’m in good hands.

I called to make an appointment with Dr.Bridges which the hospital referred me. My daughter broke her ankle and needed a cast. When calling to make an appointment they first asked what insurance company I had, not what happened to my daughter or any concern whatsoever for her. I told them BCBS and that he was listed as a prefeered provider and was accepting new patients. The office told me that the next available appointment was 5 weeks away and not to walk in either that they wouldn't take me. They never even asked my daughter's name or what happened. I was asked about my insurance. That seems to be his priority not a patient in pain with a broken ankle. I would never recommend Dr. Bridges to anyone because he cares more about your insurance company than a patient. Not a good experience at all! Office staff was rude when even trying to get an appointment.

HE DID A MAJOR SURGERY ON MY LEG, AND IM HEALIN UP GREAT. HE'S THE BEST!!
