Dr. Mark Michael Chung, MD

Very professional and caring Doctor.

Chung and his staff is only concerned about Health insurance payments and providing guidance or information about coordination of coverages with other providers who he did not respond to their requests for information even though he used their mouth pieces for sleep disorder tests and follow up. In the end after numerous calls to his office for assistance, he even threatened harassment. Clearly, not a professional response to aid patient he provided services.

The only thing this doctor cares about is money. Oh yes you are a young female patient than dr. Chung will likely give you more of his time. He Shows zero compassion.

Until you enter the office for the first time you will not know that Dr. Chung will not even see you unless you sign away your rights or privileges to privacy, litigation, phone prescription refills, etc. I wasn't allowed to see the doctor by the office staff. I've never litigated or even complained about a doctor before but this is too much - I went to another specialist.
