I like Dr Feldman as a good physician but not the office staff Every time they don t like or disagree with anything you say, they thread you by not allowing you to see the doctor One of the ur billing person Mayleen, Saudi "I will call the manager, and you are not going to like it because she won r let you see the doctor". If you want to excercise one of the patients right to accept or deny treatment, they say "we won t allow you to see the doctor" One of the tech insisted to dilate the pupils despite the fact that the doctor have not order it. I denied and told her to consult with the physucian first. She got upset and was very unpleasant. When I saw the doctor and asked if it was necessary, he said " no you don t need I need". Also, the majority if the time they don t return your calls. They treat you like you have no rights at all and they play to be the doctor instead of letting the physician I work in hospitals, and these attitudes are not allowed.
