Dr. Mark Douglas Ford, DO

NOT Dr. Ford but his new staff is AWFUL! Their rude, lazy, and argue with patients. Older staff still helpful. New staff are full of their selves. Won't take long to diminish patients with this new staff.

The wait time even with an appointment is unbelievable! Once in a room you have even more wait time for Dr Ford to arrive. He quickly goes over why your there and poof!!!!! you need to exercise & drink more water! Oh! and gosh forbid if you're a smoker!!!! He practically refuses to help you if the medicine has ANY so called side effects for a smoker! Don't you think that is up to the patient to decide???? Haven't been happy since day one but all I had to choose from at the time due to insurance :( I don't believe he cares to truly diagnose a patient when needed.

Lack of compassion and professionalism. He has left our family in pure agony for hours in the icu waiting room because it has been inconvenient for him to sign off on a dictation for us to let my grandfather pass on. This is something he can do from home in a matter of minutes. Absolutely heartless that he could do this to a grieving family

excellent physician been seeing him for years....takes great care and time doesn't rush through anything,,, ,very thorough...highly recommend him

I was with Dr Ford for many years. As long as the apt was only for a routine physical and there was no other problems I put up with the long wait and very brief consultations. But I developed problems and although I gave him specifics of the problems I was having, his consultation time did not change. He seemed like all he wanted to do was get me out as soon as possible. His only response was that I needed to lose weight. this went on for several appts. I dropped him going to another doctor who given the same information sent me directly to a cardiologist. As it turned out I was well on the way to a major heart attack, having blocked arteries. Dr. Ford is only interested in getting as many people though the office as he can. He should not be in practice.

Dr Ford and Family Practice Cent4er are excellan...my family and I have been goint to hium for the past 5 yrs,,,,we love his bedside manner and never feel reushed...he spends talking to the kids even when they are not there for the appointment...we highly recommend Dr Ford and his group

I have been seeing Dr.Ford for about 18 years. He has taken care of my children as well. Yes, the wait time for this office can be a bit long however, Mark Ford does take his time with you. He also makes you laugh and does care about your health. Yes, some of the office staff are not as friendly as one would like. I am sure that going through a day with nothing but compliants can also be a factor. My four year old son loves this office. They treat him well and he is never afraid to get shots or even see the doctor.
