Dr. Frankle is INCREDIBLE! He is so patient & kind…he is wise—you can see it…he really wants to get to the root of what’s causing your pain, and to come up with a plan to help you…he gives you options—he’s not pushy…He’s a great doctor, and I would totally recommend him to anyone.

Professional care in pleasant surroundings. No waiting, very responsive staff, physicians listen to the client first, and then provide opinions and recommendations. Wouldn't go anywhere else for orthopedic care.

I injured my left shoulder and I knew that the rotator cuff was probably torn but surgery was the last thing I wanted to do so I scheduled the appointment with Doctor Franckle and totem what I thought was going on and how I had done it. I literally had my 500 pound motorized scooter tip overall me and they gave me a Cortizone shot with lidocaine and ordered Physical Therapy for my home to show me exercises to do and he has been wonderful with the injections and stuff I couldn’t ask for a better doctor or physician assistance. It’s worth the weight if you have to go beyond your appointment time I wouldn’t want to go to any other orthopedic being a veteran. I have been treated at the VA and would not want any of them treat me. I actually see the orthopedic surgeons out there. They’re wonderful. Explain everything give you options and tell you if it will work and take their time.

Drove 2 hours for his expertise. He assured me, in his opinion, waiting to have shoulder replacement wouldn’t be damaging to the existing joint. I appreciated his directness and experience very much.

Diagnostic was excellent Treatment was spot on Wait time in office 1 hour last time, but sometimes some people need more time than is allotted. But that would not be a deterrent for the excellent treatment received.

I was very grateful to be in the best surgeon’s hands. I woke up after surgery with a smile on my face. The staff at TGH and his team were all incredible. I recommend him to everyone in need of a shoulder surgeon.

Dr Frankle is an outstanding doctor, both in his surgical skills and his treatment of patients. He performed a reverse shoulder joint replacement on me 9 months ago…….very successful — putting my care in Dr Frankie’s hands was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Dr. Frankel has trained his PAs exceptionally well. I feel comfortable with them all and they are very competent. I appreciate Dr Frankel's approach to shoulders. Letting them heal naturally if at all possible leaving surgery as a very last resort. Highly recommend him and his team

Dr Frankle and his staff are excellent. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Always treat the patient as a priority. Sometimes the schedule gets behind and you may have to wait past your appointment time, but a good doctor & staff are worth the wait. Just be patient and you'll be glad you did.

My first visit to Dr Frankle, he was professional, knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained his course of action. As well, he elicited questions and concerns from me.
