Dr. Mark Erik Friedel, DO

This doctor should not be able to still practice. He does not listen to your concerns, tells you 50 different options of what could be wrong with you, and no solution. He told me, “but I can’t tell you what to do”… He doesn’t seem very knowledgeable, or doesn’t really care about African American patients. If you tell him what’s wrong with you he will basically just give you a million different things it could be, and offer no real solution. He also told me basically that my dentist didn’t know what he was talking about, like why are we even talking about my dentist that’s not even your lane. I will not be coming back to him, and I wish I could make a formal compliant.

Dr Friedel is not thorough, I feel like he came in the room with his mind made up that I was fine, The xray and ct scan stated clearly I was not, He said I disagree with the ctscan and xray! What Dr says that they disagree with clear imaging over their own exam which is extremly limited!

I can't say enough great things about him. He is straight forward, very intelligent and let us make our own decision of surgery after giving us the pros and cons. He is not pushy with a wonderful, calm demeanor. He is easy to talk to and explains things very well. We visited several ENTs and after all my research, I knew I was leaving my son in excellent hands. I highly recommend Dr. Friedel!!
