Dr. Mark P. Hanna, DO

I was referred to Dr. Hanna for pain management due to a cervical spine herniation that was causing shoulder blade pain that radiated down my arm. Along with loss of strength, numbness and tingling of arm. Dr. Hanna was very thorough, reviewing my MRI with me and developing a plan for pain relief. I had two cervical injections done by Dr. Hanna within a 3 month period. It has been almost a year since my injections and I am pain free, I have regained strength in my arm and no longer have numbness and tingling. I would highly recommend Dr. Hanna.

Horrible horrible staff! If you’re even one minute late don’t bother going inside. Takes months to schedule and they are not considerate of your pain at all. Horrible place to go. Would not recommend to anyone

I don't normally write a review immediately following an office visit, but I am compelled to do so today. My standards are high - Dr. Hanna and his team are top shelf. He checks all the boxes and i would go so far to guess he didn't start on the job training yesterday or even the day prior.

Just had a visit with Dr hanna . So caring and understanding. Don't know what the others are complaining about.

This Dr. does not at all listen to what his patients say. I questioned him in a letter. He expelled me from his practice. I have asked for a written reason he will not do so. I have sought legal council and I am filing every complaint I can with any source available to me. He is like Dr. Jackal and Mr. Hide. He is a paranoid little child who cares not at all about the patient. Dr. Dingbat, do not use this so called Dr. Many ratings have said the same thing he does not listen to you the patient. I cant explain the good ones, I guess those people never questioned him. If I could post the entire letter I sent to him here I would gladly do so. I have seen many Dr's in my life time and some I am not pleased with, but never have I felt the need urge to make a negative comment on lie or written a letter to made a complaint, but this goof, Please listen to me, find another Dr. he is not worth the trouble. The only reason I was told was he was upset I wrote him rather than call him. What… good does it do to call if he does not listen and makes predetermined conclusions. His office staff is great, but this goof, STAY AWAY FROM.

I see Dr. Hanna for post-surgery pain management. I recently had to change pain management doctors, due to a change in my insurance, so I found his practice via web research. During the first visit, I found his bedside manner a little reserved but as I've gotten to know him I believe he is thorough, caring and trustworthy, He is a highly intelligent practitioner and I'm glad to have him on my health team. He always takes the time to answer my questions and I recommend him to anyone looking for an expert in pain management. It is sometimes challenging to get an appointment - which I never had with my last doctor - maybe that is because Dr. Hanna is in demand. He is definitely good at what he does.

I have a complicated situation with my back. Dr. Hanna tried several methods, and finally we found one that worked the best. I have seen him many times, and have nothing to complain about. He has been with me all the way. Bless the healers of pain!

This doctor does not listen to the patient. Unavailable on the weekends. It would be helpful if he realized he was treating HUMAN BEINGS. His focus is not on the patient, but rather making sure he is out the door by 3.

I was charged $620.00 for an office visit, I wasn't there more than 20 minutes! He never examined me at all. Before making an appointment, his staff told me that they were in network. Found out after I was billed, they were not in network! Called to complain, tried to come to an agreement on the bill, since it was their mistake, after 3 weeks of unreturned phone calls, they wouldn't budge. When they make a mistake, you pay for it!! That is ridiculous amount for an office visit, it's not like this is in Beverly Hills! I could understand that amount during a surgery, but not for an office visit.
