Dr. Mark Stuart Kremers, MD

I have no problem with Dr. Kremers, on the rare visits that I have had with him. However, in the past year or so, my pacemaker appointments have been frustrating. The new lab location is not as satisfactory as the other one has been. The worst problem I have had, however is the person who has made my pacemaker checks over the phone the past few times. She invariably calls at least a half hour too soon, and she is very impatient and acts as if I am doing something wrong. I have tried to make appointments to come in, but there are always obstacles, either with a disabled phone system or unanswered calls. The communication with this office is terrible.

This is the worst doctor I have come in contact with....cold, uncaring, doesn't listen and is always in a rush. The time I have to wait to see a doctor is unimportant to me as long he spins quality time with me. This doctor I would not reccomend to anyone.

I tried to get an appt with this doctor on two separate occasions, both times having to leave my name and call back #. The appt nurse did not return my call so I changed doctors. The one time that I did see Dr. Kremers before this, I thought that he seemed v experienced and had the typical bedside manner of most cardiologists! Too rushed and to little time spent with each pt but that's the fault of the insurance co.
