My impression of him is that he is knowledgeable and knows his business. The only reason I did not give him four stars is that I thought he was a bit rude. His back seemed to get up when I asked questions though he answered each question thoroughly. But when he was done, (HE was done.) after about 10 minutes, he simply stood up and signaled our conversation was over. He did now remain seated and ask if I had further questions. He just stood up and left the room, saying he would get a sheet of exercises for me. And I thought that was rude. Maybe he had a surgery to get to. I don't know-- probably not. But if so, he should have said so. I think he felt he had said what he had to say and he was leaving.
