Dr. Mark Adrian Peterman, MD

Clinically Dr. Peterman is excellent. As is his APN Corrales. However the front desk staff is terrible. over the period of 18 months they were very dismissive, arrogant and condescending. One in particular and her alleged supervisor were humiliating to me for the waiting room to hear. I demanded an apology and the supervisor refused this request. I left Peterman's practice because of the front desk staff. I work in the industry and gave them a chance for 18 months to improve but eventually had to leave

The blonde at the new patient check-in needs to check-out her attitude before she gets into work. Too bad that a poor staff brings down the doctor's rating. Sounds like we had the same experience as the review titled "President". Called another cardiologist and was greeted with a kind and friendly staff. It's as easy as that and that's why you should make sure have good staff. See ya!

Rude and dismissive staff. The woman with the blonde hair who checks in patients needs to check out her attitude before she comes to work.

Had questions about Caroid artery test performed recently with another doctor, and he had answers. Seldom u will spend 30 min with Doctor answering your questions. Patient & knowledgeable.

Very attentive and more importantly he listens to the patient.

He is the best.

Dr. Peterman is an excellent cardiologist. Extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his patients. He goes more than the extra mile to ensure excellent care for his patients. His compassion and excellent patient interaction make difficult situations a world easier. He is a physician who epitomizes all you could ask of a doctor and a man of integrity and compassion.

I attempted to make an appointment with dr. peterman today because I have a high heart rate after taking some hoodia appetitite suppressant. My internist is on vacation...When I called his office was placed on hold twice...spoke to his nurse who put me into voice mail and then when i called back receptionist said dr. was out and maybe i should call emergency room...I AM NOT AN EMERGENCY...just wanted to see dr. today.These people were dismissive and rude to me so i hung up. This is more than frustrating and totally unprofessional behavior on the staffs part.They didn't even offer to help me find a physician. My brother and stepmother are both practicing physicians so I know the score
